7-Day Checking and Exchange Warranty
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free brand-new replacement for you - shipped directly to your doorstep.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused, with tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

- Our team will review your claim within 24 hours
- Once approved, we ship a fresh replacement FREE of cost
We bear the cost of replacement - because your trust matters more than our profit.
Refunds (Cash on Delivery)
Please note: since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model across Pakistan, we do not offer cash refunds for a change of mind after the product has been delivered.
We only offer free replacements and exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items shipped
If the Product is Out of Stock
In the rare case that a replacement is unavailable, we will:
- Offer an alternative product of equal value, OR
- Issue a full refund of the amount paid
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery
